What is it?
A new £1.6 million fund investing 50% in property development and 50% in the acquisition of commercial property to provide rental income. It will invest over two development cycles of approximately 18 months so a three year period in total. The minimum investment is £25,000 and this is only available to those who qualify as sophisticated or high net worth investors under the FCA rules.
Who is the investment partner?
London Property Ventures have a five year track record of successful development within the M25, focusing on residential property priced within the Help to Buy scheme. They select properties with planning permission and look for planning enhancements through extension and re-modelling. The directors have almost £3 million of personal money invested and raise funds through a small number of family offices and private investor groups such as the Beaufort Society.
